This PREPASS LLC WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY (“Privacy Policy”) is incorporated by reference into the PrePassLLC.com – Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) for PREPASS, LLC (“PREPASS”; “we”; or “us”). Capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use. To the extent there are conflicts between the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy will control.
PREPASS is committed to the privacy and security of the Personal Information (see Information We Collect About You) you provide to us when you visit the website: PrePassLLC.com (our “Website”).
