The Future is Always Now at PrePass
Who’s Behind the Wheel
The PrePass story consists of transformation, constant growth, and an impressive corporate pedigree. For more than two decades, we have been held by a succession of commercial giants: Lockheed Martin, Xerox and Conduent. In 2018, we became a stand-alone company known as CVO, owned by Alinda Capital Partners, one of the world’s premier infrastructure investors. Just four years later, PrePass Safety Alliance acquired CVO, bringing alignment, stability, and efficiency to our organizations.
